How much does your property management service actually cost?
Our pricing is designed to be simple, transparent, and based on performance. You won’t pay anything upfront — we don’t charge management fees until we successfully place a qualified tenant in your property. Once your tenant is placed, our management fee is tied directly to rent collection. If you don’t get paid, we don’t either.
We also offer a Price Match Guarantee. If you find a lower written management fee from a comparable company with no hidden costs, we’ll match it.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with your service?
We believe property management is a partnership built on trust, not long-term contracts. That’s why we offer a No Hassle Cancellation policy with just 60 days’ notice. We also provide a 3-Month Money-Back Guarantee. If you decide within the first three months that working with us isn’t the right fit, we’ll refund all management fees — no questions asked.
How quickly can you rent my property?
